Something not working, a question about your account, or a mom who made you uncomfortable? Email us and a real person will read it.
Contact us
hello@gomama.appFor anything at all — bugs, questions, feedback, account help, or a safety concern.
We answer every email, usually within one business day.
Tap your profile photo in the top corner and choose Get verified. You'll connect either your Instagram or Facebook account and add a real photo of yourself. Verification keeps Go Mama safe for everyone, so it's required before you can connect with a mom, RSVP to an event, or send a message.
You need to be verified first. If you are verified and still can't send, the mom may not have accepted your message request yet — a first message to a mom you're not connected with waits for her OK before you can send more. That's deliberate: it means nobody gets unwanted DMs.
Go Mama is launching in Tampa Bay first, so there may not be many moms in your area yet. Open the Profile tab and tap your location to widen your distance. If you're outside Tampa Bay, email us — we'd love to know where to go next.
Use the report option on any profile, message, group, or post, or email hello@gomama.app. Reports are confidential — the mom you report is never told who reported her. Our Community Guidelines explain what we act on and how.
Nothing. Go Mama is completely free — no paid tier, no limits on messages, matches, or playdates.
Open the menu (☰) and go to Settings → Account Settings. You can deactivate temporarily and come back whenever you like, or delete permanently. Deleted accounts can be restored within 30 days, after which the data is erased for good. Full detail is on our Data Deletion page.
Yes — Go Mama works in your browser as well as on iPhone and Android, with the same account and the same conversations.
